Opair is free, open-source software, licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License. Your use of the software is governed by that licence.

No warranty

Opair is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with Opair or your use of it.

Third-party services

Opair sends data only to services that you explicitly configure, such as LLM providers and MCP servers. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those providers.

Acceptable use

Do not use Opair for any unlawful purpose.
